Shipping and Delivery
We ship out your delivery within just 1 day from the time you make the purchase. We use the best courier service to ship your items if your address falls within free shipping category. The carriers that we usually trust for shipping your goods are U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEX.
These above mentioned couriers ship goods from Monday through Friday, excluding the holidays and weekends.
First Class Mail International is one of our courier options for customers with international address. However, this service will not allow you to track the order, as in other services, and there might be some delay in reaching the goods to the address as it will be an international order.
We are not responsible for any lost packages by the courier. We give that responsibility to the courier service. What we do is keep all the documents in place so that we can provide you the necessary documents if you want to file a complaint for loss of goods against the courier.

Your orders are secure at our hands. We are safe for we use the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) which is compatible with most browsers like Mozilla, Internet Explorer and others. The data sent by you or received by you are all controlled by our trusted employees with strict security measures. We may include some of your data for our personal information, like the IP address from which you are surfing the website, the pages you have visited and such. Your IP is secured and for the proof of that, you will get a “lock” sign with the URL address to show that the website is secure for your surfing and placing order and any other transfer of information.
Returns & Replacements
It is in rare cases that our customers have opted for the return policy, for our clothes and products are of high quality. In case, you are not satisfied for some reason, feel free to contact us.
The return and replacement policies of our company are the following:
1. Return of the item must be within 14 days from the date of purchase for a full refund.
2. If you have exceeded 14 days, you may return the product, but you will need to buy something of the same value in return.
3. The items MUST be unused and in original state to get the refund.
4. Refund does not include shipping costs.
5. Replaced product will require shipping cost, if there was a shipping cost applicable for the original product too.
6. NO replacement, refunding or returning for used items.
Warranty
LIMITED WARRANTY policy is applicable here to assure to all customers that our products will be free from any manufacturing faults or defects. In case, there is any workmanship fault, the product or the parts of the product will be replaced free of charge. Before such an action to be taken, we will inspect the product to ensure it is a manufacturing fault.
